This is a speculative project formed around my preoccupation with creating dynamic interactive architectural spaces without adding 'art' in a traditional sense. Paintings on the wall or sculptures on the floor have their place but I like to work with minimal intervention leaving an uncluttered functional space and instead change the relationship between the user and the space. This project is envisioned for a long corridor, to increase the sense of travel down the space a series of angled colored vertical veins run down its length. On entering the corridor it appears to be a mono colored wall but as you walk down its length it changes into modulated stripes of color enhancing the sense of travel. Suitable locations include Hospitals, Airports offices etc.
